Milky Way - Anataboshi (PV)

Here is the new Milky Way's full PV for their new Single Anataboshi.

As we saw in the preview, the music video is very good, I like the whole Kirarin Style of it, and the music, and the dance, etc. I don't know why Tsunku doesn't make such good things for the non-anime music of Hello! Project, in my opinion Kirarin and Shugo Chara music is way better than the rest of modern Hello! Project.

Koharu Kusumi, Kikkawa Yuu and Kitahara Sayaka do a great job in this video, they look amazing, sing very well (still better Yuu and Sayaka than Koharu) and I really hope they last more than the anime they work for. I was hoping for a new Buono! in this group but for me this turn to be even better, I like the three of them and two of them are Morning Musume-related.

Nightwish New Single "The Islander"

Nightwish will release it's new single, and it's one of the bests songs in their new album "Dark Passion Play", probably the best, and one of the best of the band's history, "The Islander".

Tracklist:

1. The Islander
2. Escapist (instrumental version)
3. Meadows Of Heaven (orchestral version)

This single will be released on May 21 and in addition of this three songs it will contain two videos, Bye Bye Beautiful and The Islander. The Islander's video clip was filmed in Rovaniemi and directed by Stobe Harju. It's video premier will be on April 14 at a Finnish Mtv Show "Spanking New"

For now I post this video with only the song of The Islander (no video yet, of course), it's really a great song.

Kina Grannis @ Superbowl

More than a month ago (I don't remember how much time exactly) , I saw the video that made Kina Grannis famous in Internet. That video about DIGG that became viral very soon. I even subscribed to her videos in YouTube.

She was participating in a contest ran by Doritos, she could win the chance to get a music video aired during Superbowl. She uploaded videos regularly in YouTube and ask for votes in myspace and during two weeks people voted her and she made into the three finalists.

Then came three more weeks of vote. The winner would be aired in the half time of the Superbowl.

Yesterday was the Superbowl and I don't know who won the American football tournament I do know Kina Grannis won, and her video was aired in a Doritos commercial.

Since the first time I listen to that Digg song I've liked her music, I hope she will become famous someday (I mean in the non-Internet world)

Avantasia - Carry Me Over

Video from the new song from Avantasia's newest album called "The Scarecrow", and it's name is "Carry me Over". I don't think it sounds like the first two albums of this group but it's good.

The sound of Avantasia changed since Lost in Space, and even when the band is not the same anymore I still like it.

Black Tide

This is kinda guest post. This is a translation from a post made by my co-blogger at the Spanish version of this blog, Dante. He is a 15 years old student who loves animation and has started his way to be a professional in this area. Have great skill with Autodesk Maya for a kid his age, in my opinion.

Today I received an e-mail from a Metal Music Store in my town and I found there various Metal Bands, in fact I didn't like all of them but this one I think sounds really good and I was surprised after reading the band's profile.

Here is it:

"They are from Miami, Florida and are integrated by:

- Gabriel García (vocal, guitar) 14 years old

- Alex Nuñez (guitar) 17 years old

- Zachary Sandler (bass) 18 years old and,

- Steven Spence (drums) 19 years old,

The band promises a lot" Is what the mail had written so I went to the "my space" of the band and listened the song there it sounded cool.
